Returns

The wholesale company may establish a product return policy, specifying any conditions, timeframes, or restocking fees applicable to returns. The Wholesale company's customers shall comply with their return policy. Rancherr Boot Company will not be responsible for returns to a wholesale company after its 14 day inspection period as outlined below: 

The wholesale company shall inspect the Products upon receipt and shall notify the Rancherr Boot Company in writing of any product defects or damage within 14 business days from the delivery date. They shall provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of any non-conforming or damaged Products. Failure to provide such notice within the specified time frame shall be deemed acceptance of the Products. 

Refunds: In the event of a valid product return, Rancherr Boot Company may issue a refund or provide a replacement product at its discretion to the Wholesale Company.

To start a return, you can contact us at rancherrbootco@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to Rancherr Boot Company Ltd in Pincher Creek, Alberta. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Hair-on-hide cowhide retains the natural hair of the cow. This gives it a distinct, rustic, and textured appearance. The hair can vary in color, length, and pattern depending on the cow's breed and individual characteristics. As such, cowhide will naturally shed during shipping as well as with constant points of contact. Eg. jeans, bending of the boot. This is completely normal and is not considered a defect. Since every animal and their hide is different, there will be some variation in hair loss and how fast it happens on each pair. 

Cowhide Lechera boots are constructed with repairable side elastic panels and pull tabs; these may be replaced if necessary. If you need replacement parts or have questions regarding repairs, please contact us at rancherrbootco@gmail.com. Pull tabs and Elastics Replacement parts are provided free of charge upon request and will be sent via Regular Mail without tracking. Once your replacements have arrived, you may drop your boots off at a local shoe repair shop/cobbler to have them sewn in. The fees associated with the repair are not covered by Rancherr Boot Company.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
