Shipping policy

The turn around time can be 2 to 4 weeks after placing the order to the time of shipping. This is dependent on the quantities ordered of specific sizes of pairs. When we open up our ordering we will be placing stock on the site and allowing it to oversell, we expect to have a wait time of no longer than 6 weeks from the date the order is placed. We will keep you updated with options if inventory will be unavailable to fill your order within 6 weeks.

Shipping Costs: The Retailer shall be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery of the product(s), as selected on the order form.

We are only shipping with UPS at this time and the shipping rates can be selected through UPS's calculated rate or our flat rate amount. Our flat rate is set at different ordering volumes: when you spend more you save more on shipping.

Delivery Method: The Wholesaler shall use reasonable efforts to deliver the product(s) to the Retailer's designated location or as otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.

**Please note that these are shipped directly from our Manufacturing Facility in Mexico. ** Effective Immediately there will no longer be local pickup options for wholesalers.

Once your order has been accepted at the UPS facility, Rancher Boot Company Ltd is no longer responsible for the package or its contents.

Additionally, Rancher Boot Company Ltd is not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by importing products into your country of residence. For orders shipping to Canada or the USA there are no duties on the boots due to the Canada-USA-Mexico Trade Agreement.

The Wholesaler shall not be liable for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, the Wholesaler shall notify the Retailer as soon as possible and shall use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of such delays.
